The hotel is situated in a great place, surrounded by lots of things to do. the staff were kind and welcoming, always with a smile. I enjoyed the view from my room and the rooftop, it was really breathtaking. Plus, the room was reasonably priced.

But, cleanliness was definitely an issue. Everything was stained, the linen was old and torn.

The surrounding area of the hotel is quite peaceful and serene, making it an ideal place to unwind. the staff members are friendly and courteous, and the room itself is quite spacious, with comfortable and well-maintained furnishings.

The breakfast options provided by the hotel could be more varied and of better quality.

We were impressed by the housekeeping staff who made the beds nicely and the energetic staff member who managed to multi-task moving luggage out, showing us the rooms, and answering calls at the same time. Additionally, we appreciated the reception staff's polite and courteous service, and the fact that they helped us twice to get the TV to work.

Nothing it was perfect.

Location was great, only a short walk from the main attractions. The food in the restaurant was delicious and we really enjoyed the variety of dishes on offer. We also appreciated the hot showers and comfortable beds.

The hotel is in need of some serious upkeep. The rooms were dirty and outdated, and the linen was threadbare.

We chose one of the cleaner rooms after viewing several options. The staff member who showed us the rooms was energetic and managed multiple tasks efficiently. The reception staff was polite and helpful. The housekeeping staff made the beds nicely. The location of the hotel was nice.

The property is old and in need of a deep clean. The linen and towels were threadbare and in poor condition.
